While personally delivering AI-enabled market research projects, I built and mentored a fully remote team of research consultants, focusing on integrating AI into both quantitative and qualitative research projects.
This integration of AI tools provided deeper insights and improved efficiency in delivering strategic recommendations for business decisions in branding, product innovation, retail assortment, pricing, and key account management. This included the modification of client-specific large language models to enhance Conversational AI chatbot probing and optimizing the analysis of data gathered from AI-driven customer and consumer conversations.
After leaving The Evolved Group, I independently researched and analyzed AI tools for market research, helping clients identify where AI can drive the most value, select the right tools at the right price, and implement them effectively to maximize ROI.
With extensive global experience, I’ve led international market research teams across Europe, Africa, Latin America, Asia, and the U.S. As Managing Director of The Evolved Group, I was responsible for helping US-based global clients leverage AI technology for market research in diverse regions. Previously, as SVP, Global Account Director at Kantar, I spearheaded a team across six operating units, managing Visa’s global account.
Prior to Kantar, I led both new and established brand research groups at Clorox, supporting Latin American and US Hispanic product development for their flagship laundry brands. Earlier in my career, I developed and implemented market research programs for DHL Worldwide Express and SC Johnson in Europe and Africa. Leveraging my hands-on global expertise, I assess and develop products tailored to the unique needs of international markets, consistently driving business growth and innovation.
